It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we want to let you know that we are closing the Ribcage. We love what we are doing here and are tremendously proud of our accomplishments, but the
brutal reality is that there is no way for us to continue to make it work. Many of you remember the insane hurdles we had to jump through over the two and a half years it took us to open the
Ribcage. Unfortunately, the hurdles and time directly translated into money, and a lot of crucial budget dollars were frustratingly spent in maddeningly senseless ways. We've worked as hard as we
possibly can to overcome those constraints, and have succeeded in some of them. But looking forward, the break even point is still so far out that we literally don't have the physical and
emotional stamina to make it there. We are proud of the food we create and are blessed to have such amazing customers, and wish we could have made it all work out the way we originally
envisioned. Our last day will be Saturday November 8. Thank you for everything you have done for us, and we hope that one day we will be able to put our meat on your plate once again!
